A) Shri. Ambilikuttan Chairman and Managing Director

Grandson of the famous lyricist-lexicographer late Abhayadev., Ambillikuttan began his studies in music at the age of 7 years.
After post-graduation had the rare privilege to become the Disciple of Dr.Balamurali Krishna,the stalwart of Carnatic Music. He was awarded the prestigious title Sarvakalaprathibha (Best All-rounder in Music) during later part of his Academic years. He has performed innumerable programs all over India and many countries abroad. Sung in numerous films and produced and music directed audio of classical, light and Bhajans to his credit. Shri. Ambilikuttan was also deeply involved in the music direction for some famous works and has also received of the State Sangeeth Natak Academy award for outstanding musicians in the year 2001. Currently holds the Principal’s portfolio of the Indian Institute of Performing Arts.

B) Dr G Babu Principal (Carnatic Vocal, Mridangam)

Dr G Babu, a distinguished musician,received his training under the guidance of Prof.Kadanad V K Gopi and advanced studies in the Gurukula Style under the esteemed Mridangam Masestro ,Guru KARAIKUDI R MANI. Since 1996, he has  held The Prestigious position of an A- Grade Artist in Mridangam  at All India Radio ,Thituvananthapuram, showcasing his musical prowess. With an extensive repertoire  ,Dr G Babu has graced numerous music concerts, sharing the stage with legendary musicians such as Dr.M Balamuralikrishna, Ustad Amjad Alikhan ,Dr N RAMANI, T N Sheshagopalan, T V Gopalakrishnan, Shri O S Thyagarajan, Shri Neyattinkara Vasudevan, Shri Kavalam Sreekumar, Smt Sudha Reghunath, HH Aswathy Thirunal Ramavarma among others ,both in India and Abroad.

His musical journey has taken him across the globe ,performing in countries like Nigeria, Austalia, Japan and all GCC counties. Dr G Babu is not only a virtuoso performer  but also a passionate composer of classical music, demonstating a particular flair for Thillanas. Having composed 10 Thillanas in 10 Ragas his instrumental fusion ,”MEGHARAGAM” Conducted at Doordarshan Kendra received widespread acclaim in the music field.

In recognition of his out standing contributions, Dr Babu has honoured with the Ustad Alla Rakha Memorial Award in 2013 and  the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy” KALASHREE PURASKARAM”

His accolades also include   numerous awards from National University and State youth festivals , showcasing his excellence in the field. Driven by a deep passion for  teaching music and mridangam , he has mentored students who have brought laurels to their respective institutions. He was a faculty of IIPA from 2008-10.

C) MRS. LALITHA AMBILIKUTTAN Carnatic Vocal

Had her initial training in music from early childhood. After her formal graduation she proceeded to Khairagarh to graduate with a Diploma in Vocal Music. She further went on to complete her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Indira Kala Sangeetha University. She again proceeded to New Delhi for her advanced training in music where she has been the student of great maestros like Prof.T.N.Krishnan, Prof.T.R.Subrahmanyam and Prof.Leela Omchery. She took Post Graduation in Carnatic Music from the Delhi University. Before joining IIPA she has been serving as the Lecturer of Music at the Training College, Mahatma Gandhi.University, Kerala. She is the wife of Shri. Ambilikuttan.She is currently the Head of Carnatic Department in the Indian Institute of Performing Arts.

D) MRS REKHA BABU BHARATHNATYAM,MOHINIYATTOM,KUCHIPUDI

Professional classical and semiclassical dancer in the field of Bharathnatyam ,MohIniyattam, Kuchipudi.She was a part of IIPA as classical dance tutor from 2008-2010 and rejoined the IIPAfamily to put forth her experience and expertise that she’s acquired over the years.

During her early education she acquired a Diploma in Bharathnatyam.Mohiniyattom and Kuchipudi from the prestigious Regatta Natya Sangeetha Kendra under the tutelage of Smt.Girija Chandran,an institution which is recognized by the Kerala Sageetha Nataka Academy,further took advanced studies in Kuchipudi under the tutelage of Smt Geetha Krishnakumar,disciple   of SRI Vempati Chinna Sathyam and Bharathnatyam under the Kalakshetra Foundation, chennai. Kathakali under the guidance of Shri Nelliyodu Vasudevan Namboothiri.

Over the years she has performed at various locations in INDIA; Delhi.Pune,Kerala Kalamandalam Cheruthuruthi,KTDC festivals, soorya light & sound programms ,Golden Jubliee Festival by Regatta Natya Sangeetha Kendra to name a few.She has also been a winner of various State and National level Youth festivals conducted in India.

With over 28 years of experience in the classical dance forms,training students of various age groups,conducted multiple Jugalbandhi fusions,choreographed for various classical &semiclassical performances for various programs and events in India and Abroad. She’s a highly versatile dancer and instructor who gives huge importance to Abhinaya and correct posture all the while telling the story behind the specific Keerthanams and Padams.

E) NITHIN RAVEENDRAN Carnatic & western Violin tutor

Master degree MPA in Violi from Swathi Thirunal Collage OF Music,Thiruvananthapuram and Mphil Graduation from the Department of Music University OF Kerala.

Worked as violinist in Asha Shareth cultural Centre, Dubai.Performed across India along with Sopanam Team. Accompanied as violinist for the performance of Kerala Kalamandalam team at Taiwan Indian Festival. Trained Students for   various competitions  .Over 15 years of experience in this field.

F) Heera Joseph Head of Art Dept Painting, Drawing & Digital Art

Diploma in Fine Arts.
A disciple of K. Narayana Menon and Kodungallur Krishnankutty, Heera Joseph has been actively involved in mainstream artistic endeavors for 40 years. His expertise spans various fields, including Painting, Commercial Art, Art Direction, Art Education, Theater Direction and Acting.

In Kerala, Heera Joseph established a painting study center named “Heera Art World.” For the past 20 years, he has been a prominent figure in the art scene in Bahrain, where he has also served as the convener of the Art Club at the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam. He has organized numerous painting exhibitions and has been actively involved as a member of the Media Cell of the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi.

Heera Joseph has won the International Logo Competition seven times and has been recognized once by the Government of Kerala for designing the logo for the Kerala Agriculture Department.

G) VINOD KUMAR UPADHYAY Hindustani vocalist

A well  known Hindustani vocalist from Chattisgharh with a Masters degree in Music from Indira Kala Sangeeth University ,Khairagarh, and acquired training in Ghazals, Bhajans, ,qawwali etc and performed all over India. Higher education from Dr LIKESHWAR Verma, Dr Diwakar Kashyap ,             Dr Namandutt and Jagdev Netam. Performance at the house of chief minister of Chattisgarhand many more in the journey of music. Winner of Pragnyasaav Mahotsav and Shaam-e- Ghazal competition.

H) Jyothiraj CINEMATIC -WESTERN DANCE INSTRUCTOR

Notable and versatile dance instructor and choreographer with 28 years of  teaching experience and holder of Guiness world record for Dance choreography for Flowers TV 12 hours non-stop show. Assisted several Malayalam movies as assistant choreographer. Winner for best choreography and best dancer for Asianet Footloose competition. Former official groomer and choreographer for Flowers Channel shows and various other channel. Proved his dance skills through his students and his team with unique performances and winning prizes in competitions held at BKS Balakalootsavam, KCA Talent scan, Indian school, Asian school, Amritha TV super dancer shows and competitions held in Kerala.

I) SREESHMA JILEEB Veena

A profound and well acclaimed Music teacher, vocalist and veena performer graduated in veena and Carnatic vocal from the renowned Chembai Music collage, Palakkad, Kerala. She had performed in various stage shows with distinguished playback singers and well   known artists both in India and Bahrain.

J) Jyotirmoy Bose Keyboard Guitar Instructor

An experienced guitarist and music educator, his background spans from Indian classical Hindustani music since 2005 to Western Rock and Metal. Have seven years of teaching experience in schools, music institutes, and online platforms.

He is passionate about fostering the skills of young learners, including working with visually impaired individuals.

Jyotirmoy Bose has an intermediate to advanced certification in Electric Guitar from Udemy, achieved Grade 3 in Trinity Rock & Pop from Trinity College London, and holds a Senior Diploma Part 2 in Hindustani Classical Music from Sarbhabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad.

He has been an active performer since his school days, participating in numerous music events. In 2012, he performed across venues in Kolkata with his own band. More recently, he showcased his talents at the Roots Christian Musical Fest and the UTSAV event hosted by IIPA at KCA Bahrain. Additionally, he performed with the Artizen live band at the She Unites Pop Fest held at Ramee Grand International Hotel and Spa in Bahrain

K) Akshobhya Bharadwa Kathak Instructor

At the forefront of the new generation of Kathak dancers, Akshobhya Bharadwaj represents the future of the ancient art form. Akshobhya started his career with Lok Nritya in very early age. His fondness towards Indian Dance Styles motivated him to choose Indian Classical Dance as his way to new Life. His abundant Talent and eagerness to master various Dance styles like Garhwali, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, and Chau (Orissa) was mere steppingstone towards his leap to evolve as a complete Artist. He not only adopted the dance styles also demonstrated his abilities significantly through his own and choreographed programs. He is a distinguished performer identified by INDIAN COUNCIL FOR CULTURAL RELATIONS as Teacher & Performer to represent India at Malaysia and returned back to India post successfully completing his stint. He is also a guest faculty for Art Village, Mumbai, and catering to various special causes of society. He started his Kathak Career since he was 16. He started his education from Bhatkhande Hindustani Sangeet Mahavidyala under guidance of Guru Late Madhukar Anandji and then completed his advance education from Banaras Hindu University where he completed 3 Years Diploma. Along with this he also completed his Visarad in Kathak Dance and Classical Vocal Music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. Currently persuing his PHD from Sri Sri University, Cuttack

During this tenure he also got privilege of learning from The Kathak Samrat- Pandit Birju Maharaj and her lineage famous dancerSushri. Shashwati Sen in various workshops and programs. He also completed his three years diploma honours in guidance of Pandit Krishna Mohan Mishra, elder son of Pandit Shambhu Maharaj from Rashtriya Kathak Kendra, New Delhi in Kathak as well as Vocal music and Pakhawaj.He also acted in various stage performances conducted by National School of Drama. He had been an active performer as well as Choreographer and always been appreciated for his work on every stage he performed. He also performed at International Platforms and represented India in countries like Malaysia, Srilanka, Denmark, Thailand, Bangladesh. He has been defined by his viewers as “absolutely brilliant performer”, “one of the best todays,” “stunning” and “exemplary. He has received national and international acclaim which recognize his excellence as a performer and choreographer. His accolades cannot be summed up just by his International Standard performances with Pt. Birju Maharaj. Also won a prestigious award. Conferred with Nrtiyacharya Award under ‘Young Teacher Award 2020’ by International Institutions in collaboration with Malaysian Government. Have also bagged Top 100 Iconic Educators & Artists 2021 awardacross countries sponsored by Rhythm Group.
